How long will my order take to ship?

All orders received will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible.  Our guarantee to you is a turnaround time of 48 business hours maximum (for in stock items) to have your order packed and out the door (not including weekends & holidays).  Depending on the shipping method you choose, an email will be sent with your tracking number.  If you did not receive your tracking number, please check your junk / spam folder.

To ensure delivery of your order, please double check your shipping address.  We will NOT be responsible for deliveries shipped to an incorrect address.

 Can I change or modify my order after it has been placed online?

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified.  If you need to add another product, a new order is required to be placed.

 Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are considered final. Due to health regulations, our products may be used in the cosmetics industry.  We cannot risk you, our customers, receiving product that may have been contaminated.

 Why does my glitter not look the same in person as when I ordered it?

Please note, although we try our very best to show you an exact colour representation, lighting and/or screen display settings can show a slight discrepancy between our pictures and the actual glitter.
