RETURN POLICY

All sales are considered final. Due to health regulations, our products may be used in the cosmetics industry. We cannot risk you, our customers, receiving product that may have been contaminated.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated by Shopify and cannot be adjusted by GlitterThis.ca.  All orders are shipped within 2 business days, however processing may take up to 72 hours during sales and holidays.

Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received a tracking number within 48-72 business hours (excluding weekends/holidays) of your order being placed if you have selected expedited shipping. If you have not received your tracking number please contact us immediately via email GlitterThis.ca@gmail.com and we will resend the tracking information to you. 

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of GlitterThis.ca.  Any lost, stolen or products shipped to an incorrect address will have to be followed up through Canada Post.

Please check your spam / junk folder for updates as to when your order is ready for pick up.
